I’m passionate about the web and how it interconnects our dynamic world. Understanding the fundamentals of the Internet, and how people utilize it, is a personal keystone of my life. For nearly 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to learning everything I can about online technology, building not only seven successful businesses in the process, but by helping guide over 100 independently owned companies in achieving their own unique goals online . By combining my own authentically unique style with a dynamic array of experiences as my guide, I continue to help craft a better web. Let's talk →
Hawaii nei, my home away from the office!
Over the last 14 years I've performed countless hours of research and benchmarking within the competitive travel vertical. Having developed a successful formula for building and monetizing travel websites, I am eager to work with companies who share my passion for all-things tourism. I have taken it upon myself to intricately study the mindset of the typical traveler and can share insight on what I’ve learned regarding traffic enhancement, general tourism strategy, and on increasing awareness of your travel organization as a whole.
I have worked with ExpressionEngine® almost exclusively since 2007, and have close to 18,000 hours of experience with the software. I have a thorough understanding of how the CMS works, am very familiar with the add-ons available, and I remain an active member of the EE community. Read more about ExpressionEngine.
Responsive design and fluid layouts are of growing importance on the modern web. By 2015, it is estimated the majority of the web-community will be utilizing a mobile device of some kind. In all honesty, the web has been "responsive" since the beginning, we just all boxed ourselves in, but no more! Viva la fluid layouts! Read more about Responsive Design.
For over a decade I've worked on developing successful web strategies and marketing plans. Along the way, I always made sure to methodically analyze the circumstances where I missed the mark, always ensuring fewer missteps in the future. Today I possess both the experience and ability to strategize and execute ideas to produce concrete results.
I started coding websites in HTML back in 1997, at the age of 16. I've come a long way since then. I've made it a goal to stay well versed in the latest technology / standards and today I code in HTML5 and CSS3, providing the most up to date coding practices available. I work regularly with PHP and JS too. Read more about HTML5 / CSS3 Coding.

I reside in Lexington, South Carolina and am very happily married to my wife, Victoria. Victoria and I were married in April 2011, on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii.
Personally speaking, now at 33, I like to enjoy life, relax doing work in my very (understatement) tropical-oriented yard, continue my inquisitive quest into – well - everything (like deep conversation? I'm your guy!), being a wine connoisseur (that sounds fancy), and yes, I'll admit I may or may not be somewhat of a workaholic; it depends on who you ask. I'm fairly convinced my brother (who's a Farmer) and I have a mutant work gene. I also have a touch of sarcasm in my personality - I always enjoy having a good sense of humor in life.
I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina (2004). I'm also an Eagle Scout and a member of the Gamma Theta Upsilon Honor Society (Kappa Psi Chapter).
